just to play the devil's advocate, all the news episodes i've heard said that the guy who got shot was the one who was being careless (coming up close on D.C. without letting him know he was there)... am I just watching Pro Bushy stations??
ps... i don't see a disclaimer at the bottom of this post stating that 'no storm doors were injured in the making of this picture'.

Well obviously they are both dumb for hunting, however, it should be the sole responsibility of the hunter with the loaded weapon to make sure no one is in your line of fire at all times. Even if the guy was jumping in front of DC and waving his bratwurst around, DC should have known if it was safe to shoot or not and acted accordingly. Just my opinion.
